This is PERFECT for a puppy! We have a 3.5 month old Yorkie puppy that had a procedure to fix a birth-defect hernia recently. The video attached is her laying with this Snuggle Otter with her little cone on her neck so she won't bite her stitches. When I tell you that this baby LOVES this Sleepy Otter- I am not kidding. She will not sleep without it. (And, honestly it calms me and my husband at night, too. We've been sleeping better since we bought this for her! LOL) She's too little to lay her head on it, but she always lays near it and within a few minutes of me turning it on for her.... she's totally calm and falls asleep. At 3.5 months old, this little girl sleeps from 10pm until 7am every night.
THIS is the cutest little thing ever! I love that it lights up on the belly area and it motions like it’s breathing. So calming and soothing especially with the lullabies it plays. Wish I knew about this sooner! Poochy loves it!

There's a reason why the Otter costs more. It has a ton more electronic things it can do than the others.
30 mins of soothing, progressively slower music is PERFECT for my toddler to unwind and relax to. Full volume control is also a great feature. Full control over the "breathing" chest function too.
We have two. Our first one died after 2 years when I put in mismatched batteries (like they always tell you not to!!!).... 2 batteries had light use beforehand in a remote for 1 month and the others didn't. Well one battery burst because of that, and the device was done even with new batteries. The other device has been going on strong. I will probably buy another if it ever goes as well.

This provides loads of fun and excitement for our puppy and grandbaby... lol. They both love playing together in the house with it. The machine is not loud at all. It does make some noise, but that to be expected as it "winds" up and spits out the ball. Fun and excitement for all. Definitely recommend.

My dogs would bring me balls to throw all day long. Like seriously. They would drop them at my feet and bark at me until I threw it... over and over and over again. I decided that enough was enough. I was getting them an auto ball launcher to save my sanity. After reading reviews, I settled on this one. Not too expensive, but seemed to be good for indoors. I am happy with this product. So simple to set up and use. Its really not all that loud like some people mentioned in the comments.
As a side note, this product does come with regular tennis balls. BUT, if your dog eats the fuzzies off of regular tennis balls like mine do, I would recommend also purchasing the CRAFTS CENTRAL 6 PCS LATEX BALLS 2IN. They fit perfectly in this machine. They do not get stuck and because they are light in weight, they fly pretty far lol. Also, I find these to be much better than the regular ones if you are using the launcher indoors. Since these are not as heavy or as hard as regular tennis balls, I imagine they would break less.
VERY durable ball launcher. My Aussiedoodle learned how to use it within a week!!!

My dogs would never lay in any previous dog bed and I had bought them several different kinds to try. They have always slept in the bed with us but since getting this bed my dogs absolutely love it! They actually prefer sleeping in it most times now over sleeping in the bed with us now. It really helps their anxiety and they love the comfort of it! My pets love it so much I ordered one as a gift for a family member’s pet for Christmas. Their dog loves his as much as our dogs do as well!
I have a senior cat, she's 14 and I've noticed she lays on my the arm of my robe I wear all the time. I thought, well that must feel good for her, so I'd been buying her cat beds, hoping that would help her comfort level, but she rejected every single one I bought her, and I gave up. I noticed she's started to sleep on the throws on our couch, so I started researching cat beds and this one popped up. I looked at reviews, mostly positive, and ordered it. We got it tonight and I had it on my kitchen table after ordering it. I put my cat, Molly, in it and she took to it immediately, and hasn't moved since! It's the first and only bed she's ever used or been comfortable with. I thought it may not last, but she got up for awhile and then came right back to it and is sleeping in it again. I'm truly amazed, and happy my senior girl has something soft and comforting for her. I highly recommend this bed.
I got this for my 14 year old 5 pound yorkie and her arthritic hips. At first she ignored it since it didnt have the scent of anything she was familiar with. But-by the 2nd day much to my happy/sad tears I came around from the kitchen and she was laying her head and stomach on it but couldnt work her little hips to hoist up the other half and get totally in to it. I couldnt help her either because i have the same problem and cant bend over. the sides arent that tall- around 3-4 inches- but a lot for a little dog w problems. She did manage to get fully in to it once later on so she may use it more later on. I again missed seeing how she got in but she seemed to enjoy it once inside it. She is a small dog who should weigh 7-8 pounds so not a teeny tiny frame and this size bed is a 20 inch one...it would be a very snug fit on a 15 pound or more dog or cat so go a size up if they like room-if they like to be totally encircled by bedding (some dogs are like that) it would be okay. it arrived rolled up and in a 'tube' of plastic wrapping but i set the thing down and it totally fluffed itself up all by itself so not to worry when you first see it...it is very very soft and has some sort of soft plastic underside to it. Well worth the money
This is a quality bed. For the last month it has been sitting unused in my living room, but that's my cat's decision, not mine, nor any fault of this great little bed! I'm hoping one of my two boys will come around as it's a great bed, good size, and made of good soft and durable materials.
This is a very nice bed. My dog took right to it. She loves it. She’s been in it most of afternoon. It’s well made and very soft to the touch. The price was very fair for the quality. I am happy with the purchase and would buy again. If you are debating the size. Just like a tv, always go bigger, you and your dog will not regret you did.
I wasn’t sure if my dog was going to use this. It took her a couple days before I finally just placed her on the bed. After that, she seemed to like it and curls up in it. It’s really plush and thick. Perfect size for my 10lb Chihuahua. The only thing I don’t like is the bottom of it seems to shift sometimes and not lay completely flat. Maybe because it’s on the couch but the bottom seems to get a little lumpy. Not a major deal though, you can easily reshape it. I’m glad I purchased it and my pup seems to be happy with it.
Read lots of reviews, researched every version avail online of this type of cat bed, then finally settled on Western Home’s. SO GLAD I DID! It is so fluffy and full of stuffing and the perfect “donut” shape for our new kitten to snuggle down into and keep her warm while she sleeps.
